I need to address wave 3 later. I believe it may count as a three wave structure.
Here's another way to count this with five waves up and three waves down. I think I actually like this option the best. The LD I proposed below actually does not qualify technically as an EW LD since wave 4 does not overlap into 1, which is a requirement.
Below are 2 counts to consider off the 8/9/11 low. Both imply there should be a bounce above the 8/17 high.
